Active Shooter Response
In this course you will learn what an active shooter is and how best to handle this situation, particularly within the confines of the workplace or public venues.
We will discuss contacting the police, your plan of action to escape and evade and things you can do to defend yourself if necessary. The class also covers communication with other victims, interacting with First Responders and dealing with the emotional aftermath. Also discussed are tips for identifying possible potential dangers before they occur.
